On December 23, 2025, a scheduled fire safety evacuation drill was organized at the premises of STP-BTECH LLC in accordance with the requirements of Article 2.5 of the Fire Safety Regulations. According to current legislation, such drills must be conducted at least once every six months with the participation of all staff members.

The main objective of the drill was to enhance employees’ knowledge and practical skills related to behavior during potential emergency situations, particularly in the event of a fire, ensure their constant level of preparedness, and test the effectiveness of existing evacuation procedures. Additionally, identifying possible deficiencies in emergency response mechanisms and equipment, as well as monitoring their operational condition, was among the key goals of the exercise.

The drill was carried out based on a pre-approved plan, and responsible personnel were instructed in advance. A total of 135 employees participated in the exercise, and the evacuation process was conducted in conditions максимально close to real-life scenarios. During the drill, weather conditions were favorable: wind speed was 3.1 m/s (north-west direction) and the air temperature was +8°C, allowing the evacuation to be carried out safely and under full control.

After the drill, a brief concluding meeting was held with participants, during which the actions taken were analyzed, identified observations were highlighted, and additional instructions were provided to employees. Regular organization of such drills contributes to the development of a strong safety culture within the company and enhances rapid response capabilities in emergency situations.
