L-T-P Type Pole and Plate Installation

L-type poles are single vertical posts bent at a 90-degree angle, mainly used to support additional signs or panels. T-type poles have a T shape and are designed to hold two connected signs. P-type poles are simple vertical posts used to support two or more sign panels.
Production process
During the manufacturing of L-T-P type poles:
- Thermally cut parts are cleaned, and edges are prepared with smooth radii.
- Welding is performed by certified welders in accordance with ISO 15614-1 and AWS D1.1 standards.
- Weld seams are inspected using visual and measuring instruments.
- 100% visual inspection is carried out under 350 lux lighting conditions.
- Galvanization is performed in accordance with the GOST 9.307-2021 standard.
Sign installation
- The reflective coating of the signs is checked in advance
- Special clamps or bolts are used during installation
- Signs are mounted at an angle facing the road
- Minimum height from the ground must be 5 meters
- Night visibility and reflectivity are adjusted to meet standards
Installation phase
The following steps are carried out during installation:
- The location for the pole is selected based on the project plan and safety standards.
- The hole is dug with a width of 1.5 m, a length of 3 m, and a depth of 1.5 m.
- Gravel is added to the hole for drainage.
- The pole is placed and secured with cement-concrete.
- 96 hours are allowed for the concrete to set.
- The vertical alignment is checked using a laser or spirit level device.
