Wire Mesh Production

The production of wire mesh begins with the selection of raw materials. Low-carbon steel wire is used as the primary material, with BSt 500 and A500C grade steel being the most preferred.

The wire diameters typically range from Ø4 mm to Ø12 mm. To ensure protection against corrosion, galvanized (zinc-coated) wires are used in the manufacturing process.

Production stages

1. Straightening and cutting: Wire supplied in coil form is straightened using a special straightening machine and cut to the required dimensions with automatic cutting equipment.
2. Forming: The finished mesh is prepared in standard sizes, either as flat panels or in roll (coil) form.
3. Packaging and stacking: The products are stacked on pallets, packaged, and prepared for use.
